Functie omschrijving

Onze klant is dé internationale specialist in het ontwikkelen, produceren en vermarkten van draaibanken en freesmachines.
Zij levert deze o.a. aan de metaalverwerkende industrie, OEM en constructiebedrijven.
De kracht zit in de jarenlange product- en applicatie-expertise en de betrokkenheid van de medewerkers.
Het bedrijf leunt op een goede service, een innovatieve instelling en bovenal kwalitatief hoogstaande machines.

Reports to : Manager Service & Application Department.

Scope of the position : General administrative work, Planning of Application Tooling division, quote elaboration and invoicing. Customer follow-up regarding quotes, invoicing and training plans.

The function includes:

* Planning

-  Follow up and schedule of the application engineers giving customer training

-  Coordinate  with Sales and  Installation Coordinator the trainings for customers for the Application support.

- Follow up and schedule the Application engineers .

* invoicing

- preparing and sending invoices.

- preparing and sending credit notes.

- follow-up invoicing

* registering and recording various data such as:

- hours worked (service reports).

- data from visit reports

- expense reports, holidays,

- data from the planning board.

- outgoing and incoming invoices.

- customer file and machine file in the service databases.

* administrative work such as:

- archiving various documents.

- Preparing meetings and taking minutes.

- internal memos, correspondence and order forms.

- booking hotels.

- ordering purchases of service.

- the incoming and outgoing mail (including the service reports).

- monthly reports data support.

Gezocht profiel

Knowledge :

* administrative knowledge at secondary education level.

* secretary or equivalent training.

* Good customer relation and aftersales support.

* knowledge of the Dutch, French and English language, in word and writing.

Skills :

* experience in a similar function.

* experience with administrative work.

* experience with PC and MS-Office applications.

* be able to work independently and accurately and be stress resistant.

* be dynamic and have team spirit.

* be fluent in 3 languages (N/F/E).

* feel at home in a technical environment.

* have good organizational qualities.

Responsibilities :

* ensure the correct and timely implementation of

the above-mentioned activities.

* ensure correct and timely reporting.

* keeping the necessary professional knowledge up to date.
